The main activity of Kill & Tall Shipbuilding OÜ is shipbuilding and ship repair.

We specialize in the manufacturing and installation of metal structures of any complexity for shipbuilding, ship repair, the marine oil and gas industry, infrastructure, and industrial projects on the customer’s site.

We carry out welding, assembly, and repair works at enterprises in mechanical engineering, mining industry, construction, as well as in other sectors, including food and woodworking industries.

  • Welders (all welders are certified – processes 111, 121, 135, 136, 138, 141)
  • Assemblers (assemblers of metal ship hulls); fitters-assemblers with welding skills (processes: 111, 135, 136) and gas cutting equipment
  • Mechanics
  • Pipeliners – ship pipeliners, TTP (technological pipelines) pipeliners with welding skills (processes: 111, 135, 136, 141) and gas cutting equipment, as well as skills in operating pipe bending machines
  • Marine electricians
  • Marine insulators

  • Sandblasters, shot blasters.

We also provide NDT services.

All specialists have undergone relevant training and possess the full set of documents required for working in European Union countries.

About the Company

The company’s history dates back to the early 2000s. Our team comprises specialists with over 20 years of experience, gained at leading shipyards in Ukraine and Russia, performing assembly and welding works of any complexity. They have been involved in various shipbuilding and ship repair projects.
In 2018, Kill & Tall Shipbuilding OÜ was founded in Tallinn, Estonia. Since then, we have been actively participating in projects across Europe, including shipyards and production sites in the Baltic countries, Finland, Sweden, France, Spain, the Netherlands, and Germany.
The name of the company contains references to the ancient city of Ukraine – Kiliia, a city of shipbuilders and ship repairmen, where the founders of the company come from, as well as the city where the company was founded, Tallinn.
